Built in 1906 this cottage allows you to experience the architecture of what homes were like several generations ago in Pass a Grille by living in this old-Florida style beach cottage with modern amenities! Just a one minute walk to the beach and directly facing the intercoastal waterway. Immerse yourself in vacation mode for a month or more in this two bedroom, one bathroom private cottage on Pass-a-Grille Beach. Wake to coffee while watching the sun rise over the inter-coastal waters directly out your window. After enjoying your beach day on the sugary sands retreat home to rinse off in your outdoor shower. The evening might include relaxing on your outdoor brick patio seating area with a fire pit or cocktails on your screened porch. One block walk to shops or dining at the delicious restaurants of Pass-a-Grille. BBQ grill, beach chairs, bicycles included. Thirty day minimum rental. Some dogs allowed with pre-approval. No cats. The house is located adjacent to Island Life, a retail store with eyeglasses, sunglasses, home decor and jewelry. Quiet store.
