Built in 1925, and designated on Pass-a-Grille’s Historic Home registry, this two bedroom, two bathroom unit is the perfect place to retreat to after a long day of sun rays, waves, and living like a local. The house relaxes you the moment you walk in with Mexican tile, a Dutch door, and a true beach feeling with a mixture of reclaimed furniture. There are 3 units on this property. We live in upstairs unit but you will not see us unless you need us.

Cancellation Policy: 100% minus $500 refunded if canceled at least 120 days before arrival date. 75% of deposit refunded if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% of deposit refunded if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date

This property is a gem! Cheryl was a fantastic host and the house is charming.

“This property is every bit as great as described. It is clean and has everything necessary for a beach house. Close to restaurants, shops and the beach is across the street. The host lives upstairs but we never heard them and we did not feel “watched”. Fantastic place all around!”
