What a truly spectacular find if you are looking for a low-key beach beautiful little cottage this is the one! it is literally 20 steps to the beach within a block there are five restaurants and bars. It is super quiet yet very close to everything. You cannot fault the services provided —these people are super hosts, very cordial, very very nice people. Communication was spectacular. Will definitely use again. Honestly did not want to write a review because I want to keep this a secret lolololol Book with confidence!

The owner was hospitable, helpful, accommodating, and kind. The property is perfect for a single person or couple. It had everything you could possibly need including beach bikes and chairs. Pass-a-Grille is a charming little beach town with excellent restaurants and fun bars. You can walk everywhere and the people are friendly. I can't wait to go back to this charming property as soon as I can!

“The perfect place for a long weekend to escape for some R&R.”

Cheryl and Hobart’s place was the perfect place for a long weekend to escape for some R&R. It is literally minutes away from the beach and they provided beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and beach towels. We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit and it was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. Cheryl was quite flexible in check in and out which is always appreciated when you have an early or late flight. There are plenty of excellent dining options within walking distance and Uber and public transportation if you want to explore further north on St Pete Beach. Cheryl had menus of local establishments and had a printed tip sheet that was quite useful. We hope to return soon.

Happy in Pass-a-Grille.

This place is perfect for anyone looking for a basic beach home with easy access to the beach. Loved the screened windows, well-equipped kitchen and the location. The owner Cheryl was more than accommodating and made me feel very welcome. I plan to return to the area soon and will definitely try to book this place before looking anywhere else.

Trip to the beach with the dog

Pass-a-Grille is a lovely small quaint peninsula with wonderful access to the beach on a quiet street. We parked and walked wherever we needed to go. There is a dog beach near the rental that provides a nice place to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. Sunsets and beach views are available from the unit. We enjoyed Brass Monkey, Seahorse and cooking dinner in the well equipped rental kitchen. Cheryl was available via text anytime we had questions. We left something in the rental and she generously mailed it to us. Will definitely go back.

Perfect place to escape!!!

I was looking for a place to get away from everything for a few days by myself and I couldn't have picked a better place. The location was perfect; not real touristy, clean beaches, and several places to eat within walking distance. The house was clean and had everything I needed. Cheryl could not have been more accommodating. From greeting me when I arrived, offering suggestions of where to eat, providing plenty of beach items (chairs, towels, umbrellas), and being available to answer any questions. This just might become an annual trip for me, as well as coming with my husband and/or friends. Hated to leave!!!

Our car stayed parked the entire weekend

My Wife and I stayed the weekend for our first anniversary. We had a wonderful time. Cheryl was very accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed, and had many suggestions for activities and places to eat. The unit itself was pretty small, but honestly it was all we needed. Most of our time was spent on the beach which was directly across the street, or at one of the restaurants within walking distance. Our car stayed parked the entire weekend. It was really nice!

Everything you need, right where you want to be

We had a great week in Pass-a-Grille. Cheryl was helpful and attentive from beginning to end. The property is small but very comfortable and quiet (new windows, new AC) even on windy days. This was the most thoroughly equipped and furnished property we've ever stayed at. And most of all, IT'S ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH.

Charming Cottage, very accommodating host

Cheryl was the perfect host, she stayed in communication with us throughout the entire booking and stay. The location of the cottage is great, directly across the street from the beach. Once we arrived we parked the car (parking permit included) and walked everywhere. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are just a few blocks away. Cheryl’s recommendations for dining were spot on! She is a local and knows the area well. We were welcomed with a note and a bottle of wine, nice touch! Would definitely stay again. Matt & Jeanette.

Charming, old Florida feel, everything you need!

We needed a weekend get-away and found this lovely cottage. We arrived at night and could not see the view but were pleasantly surprised the next morning. This cottage is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owner, Cheryl, gave us several suggestions for dining. We ate breakfast at the Seahorse both mornings and it was delicious. We took several walks and shopped, visited the museum and strolled along the beach. Cheryl and Hobart were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to being able to go back one day soon. Jerry & Judy.
