There is no better location in Pass a grille than this lovely seaside cottage. Maybe 15 steps to the ocean, 1 minute to shops and dining, cool breezes at every turn and a casual, comfortable "Bohemian" decor that will make everyone in your party feel casual and comfortable. Cheryl, our host, was amazing at recommending things to do, see and where to shop and eat. As foodies, we have high standards and Cheryl's suggestions didn't disappoint! The cottage has everything you will need and then some. The layout is great for families -- split bedrooms and baths with plenty of lounging, dining space in between to accommodate a small or mid size group. She also has a charming one bedroom on the ground floor - perfect for a couple. Our stay was terrific and we plan to return. She offers the best in St. Pete and Pass a Grille.

Condo is very large with comfortable furniture and beds. Beautiful view from spacious patio. Well appointed kitchen and electric grill on patio. Plenty of linens. Quiet. Responsive host. Pass-a-Grille is the most beautiful beach in the area with convenient grocery and many restaurants.

I have stayed at the Pass A Grille Sunset Cottage 4 times and counting down the days until the next time. I was looking for a small house on the beach, away from all the tourists where I could come by myself for a low key long weekend. This location meets all my needs! It is right across the street from the beach, within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. If you are looking for more to do, St. Petersburg is just a short car ride away. The cottage is clean, well maintained, and has the the necessities. Plenty of beach chairs and towels are also provided. The owners are so welcoming and very quick to respond to any needs or questions you may have. This has become my little piece of paradise!

The location was absolutely spectacular. Cheryl is amazing, she met us personally, let us in and showed us around. We were both exhausted from a very long week but she is wonderful. Being a dog owner herself, Cheryl was excellent with our dogs, which is something a dog owner appreciates when taking their little fur babies away with them. This cozy one bedroom place was exactly what we needed. The location was prime, excellent walking distance to the dog beach, directly across the street from the beach and boy it was so nice to have a parking spot right out front. We went on several long walks every day with our pups. It was on the main road but it was QUIET. The front porch was great, always with a beautiful breeze and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We are not out late kind of people, which made Pass-a-Grille the right place for us but even if you are and want to get downtown, there is ample transportation right around the corner. I enjoyed it so much, I booked it again. This time for two weeks. Ample kitchen space for two people and for extended stays, it is wonderful to do the dishes while watching the sun glisten on the gulf of Mexico. Loved it and counting down the days to get back.

Great little cottage directly across the street from beach access and short 2 block walk to restaurants and shops. The included parking pass was a definite plus in addition to Cheryl permitting dogs regardless of size which can be a challenge for any XL dog breed owner. The kitchen was fully stocked and bed was quite comfy. Although we didn't utilize, the Jolly Trolly pick up point is also only 2 blocks away. The owners live in the upstairs unit and Cheryl was very responsive to email/text communication before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and very nice hosts. Cheryl was on top of everything, even before we arrived up to the minute we departed. The cottage is very cozy, super clean and it has everything you need. What a truly spectacular find if you are looking for a low-key beach beautiful little cottage this is the one! it is literally 20 steps to the beach within a block there are five restaurants and bars. It is super quiet yet very close to everything. You cannot fault the services provided —these people are super hosts, very cordial, very very nice people. Communication was spectacular. Will definitely use again. Honestly did not want to write a review because I want to keep this a secret lolololol Book with confidence!

It's hard to find a rental that has a view like this for a fair price. The unit is cozy, the kitchen has everything you would need and it sleeps 6 comfortably. We really enjoyed fishing as a family on the beach almost nightly and the ease of getting our gear to and from the beach.

The owner was hospitable, helpful, accommodating, and kind. The property is perfect for a single person or couple. It had everything you could possibly need including beach bikes and chairs. Pass-a-Grille is a charming little beach town with excellent restaurants and fun bars. You can walk everywhere and the people are friendly. I can't wait to go back to this charming property as soon as I can!

Steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. Close but far enough away from the busy area. Really enjoyed cocktails on the side porch. The cheese, wine and snacks Cheryl left were very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Cheryl and Hobart’s place was the perfect place for a long weekend to escape for some R&R. It is literally minutes away from the beach and they provided beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and beach towels. We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit and it was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. Cheryl was quite flexible in check in and out which is always appreciated when you have an early or late flight. There are plenty of excellent dining options within walking distance and Uber and public transportation if you want to explore further north on St Pete Beach. Cheryl had menus of local establishments and had a printed tip sheet that was quite useful. We hope to return soon.

We loved being able to walk to charming Pass a Grille and a few steps to beach or bay. Cheryl shares wonderful local insight and tips. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a basic beach home with easy access to the beach. Loved the screened windows, well-equipped kitchen and the location.
